This coffee represents the typical characteristics of the Yirgacheffe region, enhanced by the care and impeccable post-harvest attention given by the Kerchanshe team at Bonde Kochere. The 884 smallholders that contributed to this coffee are all part of the wider Kerchanshe network set up by Israel Degfa and his team.
